I pulled an Ann Minch on Chase cause they tried screwing around with me, but the rest of my credit history (mortgage included) is 0X30.  Im in an FHA 3/1 ARM at 5% right now.  Looking to either go 30 yr fixed or 5/1 ARM.

Anyway, I have just found out the first mortgage which is not on the credit report (under a different name - father - he is deceased) and they have been late recently due to an escrow dispute.  DU did not ask for mortgage verif but now UW is.

Its with BOA and BOA wont speak to them b/c its not their name.  BOA told them to go late in the first place and then they would get help.  Now....they want to go to a 15 year fixed.  The current loan is at 9.50% - in existence since 1993.
