Borrower has 22 properties, and has gotten with this accountant to structure the bookkeeping this way.

We have O &amp; Es on all properties stating Free and Clear, however the 2010 tax return shows mortgage interest being declared and taken off other properties.

Is there a tax code any one has on this?
