FHA Question about CCCS (Members)
Can my client get a FHA loan if he is now in Consumer Credit Counseling Service(CCCS)? He has 660 fico and 2 months reserves. He can pay off the balance with Gift Money.

Who does not care about CCS? (Members)
I have a customer who is trying to refi his property, but he is in ccs. Fannie Mae does not care about this, but the lender I sent the file to requires two yrs to have passed for them to do the deal.
