Documentation for rapid rescore

Documentation for rapid rescore can vary depending on the line items of your credit report that need to be updated. Some forms of acceptable documentation include:

A Creditor supplied Letter. This letter should be in the company’s letterhead and be identical to the name stated on the specific tradeline. The Creditors physical address and contact number should be stated on the letter. Specific instructions of what needs to be updated should be included in this letter.

A photocopy of both sides of a cancelled check. The check amount on the photocopy should match up with the amount of the disputed tradeline that was partially (or fully) paid off. The account number must be in sync with the account number that is reported by the creditor.

Photocopy of paid receipt from the Creditor that matches up with the amount of debt that was paid off on the trade line. The account number must be in sync with the account number that is reported by the creditor.

Documents filed in the public record. The documents must have a dated stamp from the court that actually recorded the documents

For bankruptcies, a stamped discharge is necessary and should include Schedules D and F. If a creditor that is being disputed is not on the list of creditors, then a letter of from creditor is required.

A document for rapid rescore includes a form from the borrower
providing authorization.

A copy of your credit report and/or a reference number from your credit report will be necessary along with all other documentation so that the credit company will be able to rescore the appropriate credit profile.

It is important that all loan numbers and creditor names match up with the account numbers and creditor names on your credit report. This will best expedite your rescore process.
