Many company's offer services which significantly reduce realtor's commissions. When considering a realtor property use a service that discounts the commission and save yourself thousands of dollars. An alternative to a Realtor Property may be a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) property. These properties are not listed on the MLS, therefore your agent may not be able to find a property you really like.
