Mortgage Fraud Blog - Central clearinghouse for information on recent mortgage fraud schemes, indictments and prevention.

Calyx Software - Makers of Calyx Point, mortgage automation software for loan officers and mortgage brokers. A must have in this business.

Ellie Mae Encompass - Encompass connects the entire mortgage origination enterprise—borrower, loan officer, processor, broker, lender, underwriter, service provider—in one simple yet powerful program.

Weird Loans - A huge site with lots of information for loan officers, including a loan search database. Run by Thomson Corporation and Broker Magazine.

MyFico - Don't want to deal with someone because you know their credit is in the dumps? Refer them here and let them run their own tri-merge credit report so they can start the repair process. This way you don't add another inquiry to their already dumpy credit score!

U.S. Department of Labor - Loan Officer information including occupational outlook and income statistics. Good reference for someone wanting to become a loan officer.

Loan Officer Job Listings - Search current loan officer jobs available on Yahoo HotJobs.
