Fannie Mae raises limit on mortgages: "NEW YORK, Nov 30 (Reuters) - Fannie Mae (FNM.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Tuesday said that from next year it will raise the limit on mortgages it can guarantee and purchase to $359,650 from $333,700 now.

Added Mila Inc ratesheet data into the database. Searching for various programs will match with Mila programs. Noo searches will automatically adjust available LTV qualifications and place them in red in search results.

When you get loan search results the company name is linked directly to the lender's page with the rate sheets for that program.

Also added the profile icon next to each loan result, which when clicked brings you to the lender profile page.

The lender profile page will give you the website, corporate contact and fax information, states where the lender is licensed.

If local reps are in my database for the searched state, those reps are listed below the main corporate lender contact info. The reps name, phone, fax if available, and email address are all displayed.

Searchable loan programs with links directly to rate sheets and your AE contact information will be included. Market your programs directly to loan officers who use this site.
