Broker Outpost now allows you to subscribe to many different information sources through RSS (Really Simple Syndication).

There are a number of online RSS services including Google, My MSN, My Yahoo and more that allow you to add any information feed in RSS format to your personalized pages. This allows you to keep track of what's going on in the Outpost from any RSS reader or browser that supports RSS feeds.

You can subscribe to key areas of the site including this Blog, Mortgage Forums, Mortgage Reference Library, and last but not least the TAG pages.

Subscribing to a TAG allows you to keep track of what's happening within the Mortgage Forum by TAG or Keyword Phrase. So account executives who want to monitor Scenarios can subscribe to the 'scenario' TAG and members who want to keep an eye on the latest happenings with mortgage leads can subscribe to the 'leads' tag.

You will know which pages of information have a matching RSS feed by looking for the RSS Subscription options on the sidebar menu.

If you have a browser that supports RSS feeds like the Firefox browser and the new Internet Explorer 7 you can look for the RSS symbol on the browser interface to subscribe instantly.

Premium Members have exclusive RSS features as well. If you are a Premium Member simply select the 'Premium' option on the RSS Subscription page to add that feed to your Active Topics Page! Keep updated on the information that interests you most as you monitor the forum.

Also when posting in the forum, make sure to use the TAG feature to help categorize your post. Tagged posts get at least twice as many page views as normal posts and will get even more exposure because of features like this!
